It’s a great beginner-level program for those new to exercise, or it can be used as a valuable dynamic warm-up for the more advanced. You will set goals and learn how to create new habits and positive behaviours that will stay with you forever.
Through the MOMENTUM App you have a week-by-week plan that’s easy to follow and can be done in the comfort of your own home or in your gym. You will also be able to avail of one 30 minute online coaching session per month for the duration of the three month programme. 
We will work together to help you work towards your health and fitness goals.



ACCELERATE is again a 3-month plan which focuses on building total body strength, enhancing cardiovascular endurance, gaining muscular definition, losing weight, improve health and increase energy. 
On the ACCELERATE programme you will have two 30 minute online coaching session per month. These coaching sessions provide an excellent environment to really develop your growth mindset, set realistic goals, develop new habits that lead to a meaningful change in behaviours which will see you rewarded with the results you strive for.
Each online coaching session will give you an opportunity assess your progress in the areas of wellbeing, lifestyle, nutrition and ultimately your training plan is tailored to suit your experience and goals.

The 3 month MOMENTUM plan is for anyone who wants to really take control of their life and become the very best version of themselves and if your an athlete we will work together to boost your performance levels.
With one 45 minute coaching session per week we will do a deep dive into your habits and behaviours and we will come up with solutions, habits and practices that will generate the momentum you need to really deliver the results that you desire.
Nutrition coaching is an integral part of the MOMENTUM plan. You will be guided in all aspects of nutrition related habits, practices and behaviours that will complement and enhance your training plan.
